We look forward to welcoming you to our community as part of the Vancouver cohort. Join us for excellence in educational training and scholarly research.

At UBC’s Vancouver campus, you can complete your training while living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Our department is located on the third floor of the Koerner Pavilion in UBC Hospital, right in the heart of the Vancouver Point Grey campus.

We respectfully acknowledge that we are located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people.

Nestled next to the Pacific Ocean, the campus provides endless opportunities to experience a cosmopolitan city, breathtaking natural wonders, entertaining excursions, and an environment of academic excellence.

Clinical Learning

Two students learning how to apply hand supports.

As part of this program, students complete two out of five fieldwork placements within the Great Vancouver area. The remaining three placements are not guaranteed to take place in the area and will occur within any health authority and may be in rural or urban locations. You will experience a wide variety of clinical settings in both public and private sectors, with the chance to participate in innovative projects.
